You hereby agree and warrant:

• To log into the MyCars.co.za website using your login details for personal use only
• Not to disclose your login details to any 3rd party and to maintain the confidentiality of your login details to prevent unauthorized login
• Not to use any contact details including but not limited to telephone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, obtained from MyCars.co.za to contact any MyCars clients in order to offer to sell their vehicles except if the client has agreed to this, in which case it will be clearly stipulated on the website. If the client has agreed to be contacted for this purpose, the user hereby agrees not to negotiate any commission scheme with the client, but by contacting the client agrees to his terms for his sale as stated on the website.

General security
MyCars.co.za will do it’s best to ensure the secure and reliable operation of the MyCars.co.za website. MyCars.co.za will take any steps it deems necessary to preserve the afore mentioned.
By using the MyCars.co.za website you agree not to compromise the security or tamper with any information, data, resources, accounts or records on the website.

Using the website
By using the website you agree to follow generally acceptable Internet etiquette. Breach
Should the website user break any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement, MyCars.co.za can in its sole discretion make a decision to terminate this agreement and recover all and any costs related to such termination and or terminate, without notice, your access to the MyCars.co.za website and or any MyCars.co.za services you might be subscribed to.

Payment For Listings
MyCars.co.za charges a once off listing fee for listing property on the MyCars.co.za website. The client becomes liable for the agreed listing fee for services rendered when the listed vehicle is sold or withdrawn from the market. Because MyCars.co.za has an enormous advertising footprint which markets vehicles and because the client is not being charged commission but a once off listing fee for services rendered, the listing fee payable is not dependant on which avenue was used to sell the property or through who the property was sold.

Alteration To These Terms & Conditions
MyCars.co.za reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time by posting a notification indicting that we’ve changed our Terms & Conditions on the MyCars.co.za website. The user will then be responsible for reviewing the new Terms & Conditions and continued use of the website will warrant the acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

General Legal
This agreement constitutes the whole of the agreement between you and MyCars.co.za in regard to the subject matter thereof, there are no other agreements, guarantees or representations, either verbal or in writing, in regard thereto upon which you are relying in concluding this agreement.

General Usage

By making an offer on any property listed in MyCars.co.za, online, you warrant that you understand that making an offer is not entering into a bidding process, and the vehicle owner, in its sole and unbiased discretion, and for whatever reason retains the right to accept or reject any offer at any time.
